another day, another scraping (wait...does this look cancerous to you?) 101 VIP events still with seats available (541 of 785). Approximatelys
Well, Joe, I'd say you found one of the few contexts where that joke will work. Good show! And thanks again for providing this service.
Thanks. Wasn't sure what that last line should be and wasn't sure if it would work or not. Gotta find ways to amuse myself in this crazy world. You monkeys can't always be available to dance for my amusement.
Twenty twenty twenty three days to go I wanna be a'gamin' Nothing to do, no where to go o, I wanna be a'gamin' Just gettin' you some data, in a csv file plain Hurry hurry hurry, before you go insane I can't control my rolling, I can't control my brain Oh no oh oh oh oh . . . Ahem...
@gizmomathboy , I have a present for you. Check out the Events Export CSV, now. In particular, the last column.
The csv does not match the event catalog. It is pulling information that is not visible to online event catalog.
I've updated the script to use the same function that produces the GM names on the front-facing site. Let me know if you're seeing any specific issues.
The current event listing CSV file (i.e., the one I downloaded today from the Gary Con site) does not match the data I get when I look up the events I am running. I am running sessions of Small World on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Both events show 1 ticket available according to the CSV file, but when I look at the events on the Gary Con site, they show up as sold out.
