My ss has 139, when you count different times for the same event. However, that download is about 10 days old, so it has and will go up a bit.
Of those 1008 seats: - 66 are for miniature games run by Kevin Cabai - 50 are for the Caldea Room Party - 40 are for the Hobby Shop Dungeon by Ernie Gygax - 36 are for events by Frank Mentzer - 18 for Stephen Chenaults mega C&C game on the end of the spectrum for individuals running one game on the schedule: - 8 tickets for a game with Bruce Heard - 8 tickets for a game with Michael Mornard - 8 tickets for a game with Heidi Gygax Still not showing is a number of typical Legends of Wargaming events. The following will probably be among the toughest games to get into due only having 1 seat. Events 302, 303, 304.
I'm not 100% sure, but based on the descriptions of those events It sounds to me like the Sunday sessions (302,303,304) should have 0 tickets available, not 1. (Qualifier descriptions)
I suspect either a) user error in entering the info b) TTE isn't set up to accept events with 0 available, so the entering person put 1 as the best they could do. Regardless, the system says "1 available", and if it has "1 available", I'm pretty sure it's going to let someone select 1. I'd hate for someone to think they got the rarest seat of the year...then find out onsite the bracket is filled with champions from previous rounds and no room for them...
Online. Not in the csv download just yet (there's a lag, or the csv only repopulates once a day or something). The csv is much more handy at this point, IMO, because you can just use the Last Update field to see new additions/changes, instead of trying to recomb the whole thing. (And bless whomever is responsible for including that field )
As of 9:23am EST: number of events: 1,268 featured events: 143 events with 1,046 seats available I suppose I could do a breakdown by GM like stahlnee did...maybe later.
Per this page: http://garycon.com/registration/ under Benefits of Badge levels: Diamond: 4 FE Platinum: 3 FE Gold: 2 FE Silver: 1 FE Those are FE you can get pre-registration. I'm guessing that as usual, if there are empty seats you might be able to walk on.
Just because I can (have hunted down the FE without a name associated with it): Code: name : events : seats_available : total duration (minutes) ========================================================= Tom Wham : 7 : 37 : 960 Brendan LaSalle : 7 : 42 : 1,680 Lester Smith : 6 : 30 : 1,440 Kevin Cabai : 6 : 66 : 1,620 James M Ward : 5 : 40 : 960 Frank Mentzer : 4 : 36 : 960 Peter Adkison : 4 : 64 : 960 Ernie Gygax : 4 : 40 : 960 David Baity : 4 : 24 : 960 Bob Geis : 4 : 28 : 960 Stephen Radney-MacFarland : 4 : 24 : 1,200 Skip Williams : 4 : 28 : 1,200 Jobe Bittman : 3 : 18 : 720 Jason Bulmahn : 3 : 18 : 900 Stephen D. gimzomathboy - It seems that are you seeing a different number of feature events than I can see. I did not see the joust until late last night and only see 140 right now. Can you post a file of the 143 feature events?
@stahlnee That is from data this morning. It looks like there might some new stuff in now (running my program that grabs event info now). If I had to guess they might be adding events up until event reg tomorrow at noon for diamond and platinum. ;-) The initial pass just finished: number of events: 1,267 featured events: 147 events with 1,080 seats available
Did another run. number of events: 1,269 featured events: 146 events with 1,068 seats available Decided to upload a csv (had to add .txt to keep the filter happy) of the FEs.
