Just wanted to know if there was a firm date for Gary Con IX and if the venue was going to be the same. Inquiring minds and all...I refuse to miss it again! W
GC VIII rocked! March 23-27, 2017 is the date that the hotel is accepting reservations for. I booked a room for next year before I left the Con yesterday.

Someone showed me the information being posted on Facebook as the weekend of March 23-26, 2017.. Could not find it on the GaryCon website though.
The agent at the hotel confirmed that those were the proper dates...the rate is 112.00 (plus taxes etc I am sure) All in all, though, a great rate.
That's the rate we were quoted when we made our reservation. They're discounting one of the fees for the group, though. As I understand it, you have to CALL to make the reservations, as the Grand Geneva's website doesn't take reservations that far out.
It is indeed the case sir. After GC we (the staff) all had to make up for much time spent away from and distracted from work and family- as well as recovering from the flu for several of us. We have the updated banners and should be updating both the website and fb with proper dates for GC IX.
