In order to game the system I would ask folks to vote yes on the following: Basically, in the "message attendees" for GMs I would like the message to also go to the GM. It doesn't do that now and I don't always remember to make a copy of what I sent. https://tabletop.events/idea/86F81FDE-2023-11E8-AC4C-76282877650A/message-attendees:-cc-the-gm-too I might submit more in the future and look forward to siccing you on those as well.
Submitted another one, this time for the con (if they can get enough volunteers to pull this off) https://tabletop.events/idea/38580D90-28C4-11E8-9F41-1DF7F725F8F9/app-to-scan-badge-tickets app to scan badge/tickets have a mobile app that can scan the qr codes and upload them to TTE. Scan the GM badge and then tickets of players (or just their badges). To gather data of players that might not have pre-registration tickets. Creates some useful analysis chances
Tag an even as a later stage in a tournament https://tabletop.events/idea/3A7FB5...tag-an-event-as-a-later-stage-in-a-tournament Later stages of a tournament shouldn't have a minimum number of players. Event submission however seems to require a minimum number of players. A toggle to tag an event as a "not first round" of a tournament to disable minimum player number.
This also enables paperless event tickets as well for those who would rather use their smartphones than have physical copies of their event tickets. That would reduce printing costs and perhaps reduce the rush on the registration counter if there was an option to print your own badge and just have someone handing out lanyards or a grab and go bin for lanyards.
I just threw in two suggestions: Let a user contact a GM, if the GM allows it: https://tabletop.events/idea/077E5E.../platform-allows-messages-from-players-to-dms Let a user flag a session from this year's con to highlight the same GM next year. The "I really want to play the sequel" button. https://tabletop.events/idea/F45AF13C-48E6-11E8-B926-9FA93DED3BB2/flag-favorite-gms-for-future-cons
