Count me in! Missed this years but I will not miss next years. We have a place in Lake Como so maybe I'll bump into you over the summer and we can have some beers and play some games. Hope you had a great con. I had a great time honoring Gary and embraced it to the fullest. Played 'To the Aid of Falx' and had a blast. See you soon.
Do tell me more about that 5e version, here or elsewhere... It's sorta my version of Tomb of Horrors in a way (high incidence of lethality), and smart play can markedly improve survival. Hope that carried thru.
I look forward to stopping by and appreciate the open invitation. My first GaryCon and I'm flying solo. Looking forward to your game on Thursday as well.
Hi Frank, Last year's 'Once in a lifetime' visit to Gary Con from the UK was so good I decided to make the trip again this year Thanks for the invite, I look forward to seeing you soon, Bruce
I'm going to have to look but most likely not. Which really blows since my entire schedule was based around that one event once I made it my FE first choice. But they emailed me and said they would try to find another celebrity DM...which wasn't really the point for me, it was to get into a game with Frank, who was key in my early D&D days. We'll see what happens at the moment I'm still scheduled for it. What is really perfect about this timing is the bonus FE opening up tomorrow and I'm not sure if I'm going to want to drop this game until I find out what is going on.
