Attention all attendees. If you log into your GaryCon.com account- you can see the "Alternate Badge Name" listed. Your first & last name are listed on the badge. If you elect to use the "Alternate Badge Name" it will appear under your real name. We hope this helps- so take a look at what is currently listed. Please do not list anything that would be offensive or disrespectful. Otherwise, we will have to hand write your badge on-site. Thanks.
Example: Exhibitors, you can log in and set the "Alternate Badge Name" to be the name of your company. Or, if you are part of a game group (i.e. FoJ from CT)- set this field to the name of your group.
Your alternative name defaults to your login name. So if you want it to be blank you have to clear it.
That is correct. It was done for those of us on the forum could figure out who we all are in person. Yay for real life!

Dale, will the badges be heavy weight cardstock badges like in years past, or will they be rigid plastic ones like GenCon went to last year?
The lanyard and badge holder is provided. This year- we bumped up the quality on these things. It cost more, but we wanted to do something special for it being a "dice year" gathering! Hope everyone enjoys them!
