Miserable to traverse anyway. Seriously folks, consider using the shuttles or walking outdoors if you can. Your feet will thank you.
I already used a converted mobile toolbox for my GM gear, then I added more. I may have to slim things down this year.
I don't have "that thing"...though am debating bringing my rolling pillon bag. I just don't think it is big enough for my stuff to lay flat on the bottom.
If you are planing on a rolling cart, remember that you will have to go up and down 8 stair cases between the forum and the lobby. My room last year was down there and going up and down the stairs constantly got annoying very fast. The advise to go outside is good.
The distance to the new rooms influenced my event registration. It's about a 10 minute walk. If you go outside, you have to carry your coat with you all day. The shuttles will help if you have lots of gear, but I don't think they will get you there fast enough if you have back to back events.
Lol. So, for comfort I pretty much wear shorts & a sweatshirt for most of the Con. Try to avoid going outside as much as possible.
Is it just me, or are there more make it up as you go events this year (especially with the the featured events)? Is there some sort of informal competition on who can run the best spontaneously made up game this year?
