You might want to check your credit card statements. My charges from the hotel were crazy, lots of charges and reversals, and in the end they double billed me. Left a call with accounting - I'm (pretty) sure they'll get things straightened out soon...
Hmmm. Mine was fine. But I always do my best not to use any hotel services unless I pay for them at that moment, in other words, I never "charge it to the room".
I also had no issues- I paid cash for everything other than the lodging fee itself. Let us know if the issue is not cleared up easily.
