Went to see Moneyball and I highly recommend it to folks who like baseball, though I think people with even a passing familiarity with the game would still enjoy it too.
I lived in Oaland for a six months but I wouldn't go so far as to say I could speka as someone from there. Do you think there are parts of the movie they would not like?
Brad Pitt had dinner across the street from my apartment the night of the premier. I couldn't get out onto the main street because everything was closed down for the hooplah. That being said, great movie. /not an A's fan.
Other than Al Davis ruining a perfectly good stadium, I can't see anything an A's fan would object to. It's not like there's any portrayal of a civil government being anything other than hostile to its constituency.
