How many would be interested in some Field of Glory action?

Do you prefer to play (or only play) in 15mm or 28mm?

Do you prefer to play (or only play) Roman or Medievals?

    Anything else to consider?

Huh, never heard of that game although I am a wargame fan.. been out of the country most of the last couple of years. Looks like fun, though.

Scale I usually choose based on game scale. For skirmish games I prefer 28mm, for large battles 15mm (swarms of 15mm guys just look cool when dealing when large numbers of troops). 15mm also allows you more room to maneuver on a given size table, which helps for larger engagements.

I like Romans and Medievals, so either would be great. Romans would probably be better for larger engagaments since they on average fielded larger forces and had better command and control. Medieval would probably be better for a small mashup (Viking attack on Anglo-Saxon village, that sort of thing). Could sort of go halfway and do Byzantines vs Turks or Persians too.. thay way you get medieval style armament but Roman-like army sized and command and control.
