PETA fun facts.

So, a friend sent me this, and I couldn't resist sharing:

Well, the good news is that Ms. Newkirk sterilized herself. No more Ms. Newkirks. MY friend Jimmy (he was with me at GC2) has a PETA tee-shirt that makes fun of their attempt to change the name of "fish" to "Sea-kittens". Apparently, they are pushing to change the name so that people will feel bad about killing fish. After all, who would want to kill a kittten?

 

Hmmm......warm, furry, cuddles, and purrs.....cold, scaly, and unresponsive to affectionate gestures.....yeah, they're practically the same. Damn, I guess I do feel guilty about eating my fish sandwich now. :roll:

 

"Sea kittens" instead of "fish"?

Good lord.. you know, I really feel sympathy for comedians these days. It has to be truly difficult to come up with anything as funny as the stupidity like "sea kittens" that runs rampant every day. I could not have come up with anything that ridiculous on my best day..
