There are more tickets for the events I am GMing then there should be.



I have not idea how many tickets were sold for EG1-211

 

Same same. I have a bunch of copies of what I ordered, but my email shows exactly what I had in my cart.

I am however a little dubious that I *actually* got everything I wanted, so I suspect that many events got oversold. But I also think that stepping back and letting the GC staff figure out whether there is a problem, and what to do, is probably better than continuing to freak out.

 

I have saved screen shots of all my information as I went through the process, of course starting with the internal server error, and then everything else. My screen shots include everything listed here by others as identified irregularities. If someone wants them please give me an email to send them to. Otherwise, I need to have three games removed as I received a message that games were out of stock therefore I made additional selections and now I see that I actually got the original games. I need the following events removed from my order(s): The Tower of Akazar on 3/3 @ 8pm-12am #LIN05 and Light the Beacons, The Corsair's Have Landed* on 3/4 @ 10am-3pm, Legends of Wargaming: Brown Hills so others may enjoy them unless this registration problem does not allow me my first choices any longer. If this is the case then I would like to keep these. I have not yet received any email yet as others are stating that they have. I would appreciate confirmation that my completed order is in fact confirmed with the following events: DGS Presents... 3/3 10am, The Maze Under... 3/3 @ 4pm, C&C 3RD... 3/3 @ 8pm, Against The Dwarfs:... 3/4 @ 10am, Tegal Manor 3/4 @ 2pm, Tamoachan Revisited 3/5 @ 8am, and Thieves in the Night 3/5 @ 12noon. I submitted a ticket. I also posted elsewhere in the forum. If someone could confirm my events I registered in fact are confirmed. (That is what I see on My Account - but I did not receive an email and my coins in my account are still at a full balance.)

 

I'd pay good Silver if Rob Sagris would shut up and let the people who know what is going on say something rather than spamming the discussion with his cut and pasted statements. He's SERIOUSLY pissing me off with his spam.

If we have event listings on our account but no actual email confirmation what should we do ?
Should we look for other events ?

I am kinda bummed right now.

 

Uhhh isn't 1 GP supposed to be 51 silver? (which is still a ridiculous amount, you could literally take up 2-3x as many concurrent slots and never show up to your table if you intentionally double book your 1st two choices...). My 2 GP turned into 1GP 800-some SP... So... There's that.

 

It shows I'm registered for the same events like 7 times, but I got no email confirmation for it. I did get email confirmation for some things.

Okay, it looks like several things are happening at once.

There are the 0 coins for X items transactions (which appear to not be completed transactions since there are no charges)
There are folks with coins spent and no confirmation email

There are folks with both. Anyone else having both problems like me?
