I have been wanting to run an Official RPGA module 'unofficially'.
It was written in 2nd Edition.
Would the RPGA require my submission?.
Would the Con have to be recognized?
Heck, is the RPGA still relevant?

I don't even know if the RPGA is still in existence. If it is, it is only going to be 4th Edition D&D games. The RPGA used to be separate from the company that owned D&D but, I believe, was brought "in house" after WOTC purchased D&D.

Of course, I could have my history a bit mixed up but I'm sure there are some people on here who know more about it.

They still exist, but they aren't doing 2E, and it wouldn't have any official meaning or recognition.

Just run it and leave their name out of the title. Put in the description "originally written as an official RPGA adventure" or something, if you want.
