I bought my badge but wasn't sure what size to pick. Are they all Adult sizes? Most Smalls fit me but the occasional Medium is required, but conversely a lot of Mediums are like wearing tents on my small frame. I won't wear it if people confuse it with a dress however I also won't if I can't fit it over my fat head.
They're pretty true to size IMHO. I range between L and XL. depending on manufacturer, and I can fit in both sizes of GaryCon shirts. Large is not super-roomy, so if you're in doubt or like a little room, I'd go one size up to XL.
