If you've signed up for my Tomb of Horrors game, I will have pre-gens (the one from the adventure itself). One thing you might want to think about, to expedite the first part of the session is you'll be able to select any standard equipment for your characters (within reason; you're not going to be able to bring in a donkey cart full of seige equipment) and you'll each have 1,000 coins of any type and 5,000 gp. in gems of your choice. Something to think about.
