I have a game scheduled with no tickets picked up. I plan to go to the table at the appointed time, but I may run a different game. Anyone know what standard operating procedure is for this?

Give it ten or so minutes. If no one shows for the scheduled game, the time is yours to do as you see fit. At least, to my experience, anyway.

Pretty much what Jon said. You could also stand up at the table and yell really loudly: "I'm trading favors of a delightful nature for a few players!"

But that only goes over well if you're not wearing a shirt.

    And have consumed many beers.

Happened to me at GameHole at my early Thurs game. Waited ten minutes, hit the road. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was hurting from prior night's boozing and appreciated the extra recovery time.
