    In September I took a part-time job at our convention site Grand Geneva to help me figure out how to explain the location and layout to volunteers. To my surprise, I really like the work I do, my supervisor, the benefits of employment, and the professionalism of the staff. So I'm staying.

    As it turns out, my "extra job" has really enabled me to understand the vast capabilities of the resort and how they can make this con a very special gathering.
