35 SP but 0 when checking out

So I fill my cart with a couple silver events having 35sp..

Go to checkout and it shows 0 and gives me an error saying I over spent.

Missing out on the 1ed games.

Hey! I'd trade my 35sp for a discount on the room! That would be better than more events. Tag me in! Make it so!

 

Same problem, only I was able to checkout several events separately before it happened, so I have 19 SP showing on my Registration page but 0 SP showing on shopping cart page and can't check out any more events. My husband and I set up with his account as the main account and mine as a subaccount, so I wondered if that was the problem.

 

I have the same type of issue and no sub-accounts.

 

Not the issue. Issue is spending SPs once GPs have been spent. A number of people having the issue.

 

Same here. Gold points went through and now cart is empty of silver.

 

The programmer is indicating we seem to have a goblin in the system. Please give us some time to find out what has gone wrong.

The system also failed to reimburse for a returned 1 GP event; please don't forget to address that as well.
