A 2nd-beta DMG isn't that hard to find; the 2nd-alpha, however, seems to be much more difficult. Can you please clarify which you have: the 2nd-alpha has the erroneously-bound MM pages within it.

Interesting thread. My book is just a 5th or 6th print, but it's in great shape and I love it. [Oh, and it's signed by Gary . . . so it's a keeper!]
