Are the guests at Garycon generally open to autographing the game books they worked on? Thanks! Jesse
I haven't been to GaryCon yet, but at Gamehole Con back in November, Jeff Easley, Frank Mentzer, and Zeb Cook were all willing signers.
I have never seen a VIP or TSR alumnus not sign any books. Just be respectful, and don't walk up with a stack of books from your collection. It is a great time to meet, game, and collect autographs from your favorite authors & artists!
The only time I've seen a VIP at Gary Con refuse to sign was when someone asked a VIP to sign a competitor's product.
Most common is to sign the program book; everybody's got that. Some cons put an "autograph page" inside or near a cover, but I don't think GC does that. Yet.
