Event Refunds/Exchanges?

2 friends of mine and I are coming to Garycon. We all wanted to play the same games and we got 3 of the 4, but the 4th one, only one of us got. So...we'd like to return that 1 ticket back into the system (it's Saturday AM AD&D w/ Frank Mentzer) because right now he doesn't have enough GPs to register for anything else.

Is this possible?
