What is the preferred method to submit a request to return an event ticket? I have an event I double booked & would like to return to the pool.
Me too. I submitted a request back on 1/30/16 and it is still in my cart. I want it to be available to others.
Well, "in cart" shouldn't do anything to anyone else. Tickets are only reserved by checking out and registering. You can have 1000 in your cart. If you don't want 1000 (or 1) in your cart, set the quantity to "0" and "update the cart" to empty. If you've actually checked out double bookings, send an email/PM and request a removal of whatever it is.
