According to the FAQ, I can request a refund on a badge purchase, less a 10% fee, by 12/31 (today). Does anyone know how to actually go about executing this request? There's no apparent mechanism anywhere on the site. I tried asking on Facebook three days ago, and no one has responded to my message. For the avoidance of any doubt, I am hereby officially requesting a refund for one of the two silver badges I purchased. (My son has decided not to come.)
