Hello GC IV organizers, Do we have an idea when the vendor's room area will be closing during the con? 6 PM or so sound right? This has an effect on the games I intend to run... Cheers, Jeff T.
Jeff, We are planning the hours of operation for the dealer room to be: Noon to 5 pm (Thursday for Dealer Setup. Closed to Public) 9 am to 5 pm (Friday & Saturday) 10 am to 3 pm + (Sunday) We have special events that kick off usually in the 5 pm time slot (Next Door Pub, Auction, etc.) & vendors want dinner. Also, the 10 am start is because a lot of dealers partake in the Saturday night shenanigans (aka fun), so this gives them an extra hour to sleep in. I hope this helps.
